We currently ship from our home base in Houston, TX. We hand package each order to ensure that each item is inspected before shipping. Unless the product is being sent or created through our print-on-demand service.

We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship or if there are updates on the status of your order.

How can I pay for my order?

Our Online shop currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, so we will notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order by tracking the package via the Tracking Number provided after shipping.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human, and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via email at assistance.jphanney@gmail.com so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.

How do I return my order?

We are currently accepting returns on Unworn/UnWashed Damaged Items! If the order that was shipped to you came damaged, please let us know immediately so we can ship out a new item! Please email customer Service here assistance.jphanney@gmail.com. Please have pictures available of the packaging and damaged areas, those are needed to process the return.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified, sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

Are all products premade?

Actually No! Some of our products are printed on demand. That product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
